Two shared equity schemes now available through ParcLife

New homebuyers are being offered a vital step on to the capital’s property ladder through two innovative schemes. Both will help first time buyers and other qualifiers purchase affordable ParcLife homes in Edinburgh’s Green Quarter.

The Parc Shared Equity Scheme: you’ll only need to put down a 5% deposit and up to 20% of the cost of your home will be covered by a loan from Edinburgh City Council. The Scottish Government Shared Equity is an initiative under the Scottish Government’s Low-Cost Initiative for First Time Buyers (‘LIFT’).
